I am so excited you are interested in joining my upcoming Fit Mom, Fit LEOW Group!! I cannot wait to work together! Let me give you a little more info on how the program works. First, we will work together to pick the right fitness program for your life and goals! Then we will focus on your nutrition and match you to a plan that works for you and your family! And finally we will get you all set up in our community of women on the same journey as you! Here is a little more info... 


(1) We have several different program options to get you started. Everything from cardio to weight lifting, to Nutrition programs helping you eat right or heal your Gut. I will chat with you to hear about your goals, preferences, and lifestyle so we can set you up with the right program!!

(2) For maximum results we will also be incorporating Shakeology into your meal plan. It is made from whole foods with no artificial ingredients or additives and truly is my missing link in nutrition. I love it and could not imagine not having it.

(3) Our community is held in a private group. It is a place where we all check in with one another daily, provide daily support, share recipes, and help hold one another accountable. It is an incredible community of busy women facing many of the same struggles.

We have several different options to get you signed up ranging in price from $160-$199 for a base package. This will get you one year of online streaming to every program, your month of Shakeology, and access to our online accountability group.

There is also a package that includes everything above PLUS Energize and Recover. Energize saves my life every day- it gives me the energy to workout and keep up with both boys! Recover is great for your muscles and guarantees that I can workout hard again the next day- without being sore! This package is $220- $259.
